Staff and Consultant will review outreach conducted for the Public Review Draft of the Zoning and Subdivisions Regulations and Zoning Map and present recommended changes in the form of Addenda in response to comments received; the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider action on the Draft and Staff recommendations, which may include a recommendation to the City Council for adoption.
